    Good... the front works well.. the back is missing the 1/4" end flaps and "boilerplate" legal text, record label logo and perhaps a CD logo. The overall dimensions are 5.906" X 4.625" @ 240 dpi. Set margin lines 1/4 inch in on each end to act as a fold and put in the spine info... title, artist, record label logo again...

    I do like the clean simplicity of the images you found.
