WEEK 6 MASTER GRAPHIC DESIGNER- JORDAN CORDONE

Vittorio Fiorucci

Born in Zara, Italy in 1932 but during WWII, Zara was being taken over by Yugoslavia, Fiorucci and his family fled to Venice, Italy. He spent his childhood here then moved to Canada in 1951. He quickly became an artist, by 1960 he was an established artist... and by 1980 he was on of the most renowned poster designers in the world. He did illustration work for magazines, children's books, animation, and even photography. Most of his work was to promote many films in the beginning of independent quebecois cinema.
